Description

 The University Library at California State University San Marcos (CSUSM) seeks an innovative Head of Collection Management and Technical Services (CMTS) at the level of Senior Assistant or Associate Librarian to provide leadership in acquiring and making discoverable information resources in a variety of formats to the University community. Reporting to the Dean of the Library, the Head of CMTS will oversee the Library’s collections budget in consultation with the Dean, Associate Dean, Collection Management Librarian and Library subject specialists and is responsible for functional oversight of collection access and management, including acquisitions, collection development, metadata creation, materials processing, and database and electronic resources management.
