Digitization Coordinator
Description
The Chester Fritz Library at the University of North Dakota invites applications for the position of Digitization Coordinator. The successful candidate will manage digitization projects for Chester Fritz Library and its patrons, producing high-quality digital versions of analog documents and materials. As the coordinator for the Chester Fritz Library’s digitization program they will be responsible for supervising student workers and ensuring all digital documents produced meet relevant accessibility standards. They will work closely with other units in the UND Libraries including Special Collections and UND Art Collections.
Chester Fritz Library plays an integral part in supporting research at the University of North Dakota, an R1 research institution offering undergraduate, master’s and doctoral programs in a wide variety of fields including law, medicine, aerospace studies, engineering and the liberal arts. The University of North Dakota is a rapidly growing institution, having achieved record enrollment in 2025.
