Technology Support Specialist
Description
The Library Technology Group, part of the UW-Madison General Library System, is seeking two motivated, service-focused individuals to join our operations team and provide responsive and courteous customer service, technical support, and student supervision for Library Technology service desks. These positions will play key roles in day-to-day operations and services, as well as assist in future planning around technology support and services across campus libraries, within a team that acts as the main point of contact for library staff, faculty, researchers, and students, as well as supporting technology initiatives for all libraries on campus. These positions will report to the Technology Manager. The deadline for applications is 11:55pm on Monday, October 2, 2023.
