DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for: supporting and developing all Library IT services; developing, coordinating, and providing training in library technologies to library faculty and staff; providing support to web-based technologies including the portal and library website; collecting and analyzing data related to the library management system and other electronic services; developing documentation of library systems and software. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution and a minimum of two years professional working experience in an Information Technology environment. Preferred Qualifications: Minimum of one year of Library experience, especially working with Library Management System Software; experience with EZ Proxy services, SQL report generation, web design, and other library based information technology services; interest in emerging technologies and their application to academic libraries; customer service experience; ability to work independently; effective interpersonal skills.
