Electronic Resources Librarian, NC LIVE

Description

NC LIVE is seeking an Electronic Resources Librarian to ensure that North Carolinians can easily access NC LIVE’s collection of over 500,000,000 online articles, eBooks and streaming videos. These resources are a combination of owned, subscribed, on-demand, and Open Access resources available to the citizens of North Carolina. The Electronic Resources Librarian plays a key role in our day-to-day operations by maintaining various points of access to these resources, including through our discovery system, knowledge base and various vendor interfaces.

The Electronic Resources Librarian will also provide support to libraries as they integrate NC LIVE content into their local systems; assess resources and services by analyzing and reporting on usage trends; monitor and assist in the resolution of access issues related to NC LIVE content and services; and serve as liaison to one Advisory Committee
