User Experience & Web Services Librarian

McGill University Library & Archives seeks a collaborative, user-centred, tech-savvy and highly motivated individual for the position of User Experience & Web Services Librarian. This member
of the McGill Library & Archives Digital Initiatives department will primarily perform and lead user needs and usability assessment for digital products in the Library in support of continual service improvement, and oversee strategy for the Library’s web site. The ideal candidate possesses a strong user-centred focus and a broad knowledge of relevant user study and user engagement methodologies.
