DescriptionThe Georgia Institute of Technology Library is seeking an Information Technology Support Professional II to help manage client/device management solutions and provide on-site and remote-site technology support. This role will have a primary responsibility to automate and streamline client management tasks, provide Tier I & II technology support, make recommendations for support improvement, and provide non-supervisory guidance to the IT Support Professional I and student worker positions.
This position will be a part of the library's Information Technology & Development department, under the Desktop & Collaboration Services unit, and will partner with library faculty and staff to support the library's technology needs. This position may also be a contributor to the library's renewal efforts and work with cross functional teams to provide technology advice and guidance for new library services and programs.
