Description
The Johnson County Library is looking for qualified applicants to fill the position of Technical Support Analyst at the Central Resource Library in Overland Park, Kansas. This position will be responsible for providing support and resolution for users with hardware, software and applications problems. Job functions include assisting with projects, identifying chronic problems and suggesting resolutions.- Installs, configures, tests and operates a desktop and other peripheral equipment; ensures proper installation of cables, desktop operating systems, and/or appropriate software.
- Instructs users in the use of desktop equipment and software; identifies and communicates training needs.
- Troubleshoots and resolves hardware and software issues.
- Escalates issues to appropriate personnel for service, repair and training.
