Requirements

• Master's degree in library and information science from a program accredited by the American Library Association or other relevant master*s degree
• 3 years experience working with a Digital Asset Manager
• Proven ability to work independently
• Knowledge of XML standards for Digital Library description, including MODS and Dublin Core
• Experience with Islandora

This position is for a one year period (March 1, 2014 through February 28, 2015) for expert services in conjunction with FSU's Islandora implementation and development project.  FSU is currently involved in a project with FLVC to implement Islandora as a digital platform for FSU and other SUS libraries.
