£36,203 - £42,250, depending on experience (includes market supplement)

The V&A is the world's leading museum of art and design. We enrich people's lives by promoting the practice of design and increasing knowledge, understanding and enjoyment of the designed world.

We are seeking a talented Lead Web Developer. We aim to maintain the V&A’s reputation as one of the world’s leading museum websites for art, design and creativity. To do this we continually evolve the site. We need an experienced web developer to lead the overall development process, manage feature development and be responsible for maintaining the integrated portfolio of web applications and APIs that drive the website. You will enjoy change and new challenges, and relish the opportunity to employ your skills to lead continuous improvement of the web experience, increasingly on mobile devices. You will lead a small friendly team on a number of projects, simultaneously to deadline.
