Description
The Lyrasis Content & Scholarly Communication Initiatives (CSCI) team is hiring a Data and Assessment Strategist. This newly created position sits at the intersection of data, strategy, and mission, transforming information into insights that strengthen the CSCI program and benefit the libraries and organizations that collaborate through the work of CSCI.
The Data and Assessment Strategist analyzes and visualizes complex data and translates data into clear, meaningful insights that empower internal teams, demonstrate impact to participants, and inform strategic directions for CSCI, with a special focus on analyzing data related to open scholarship and open research infrastructure services and crafting narratives that demonstrate value and inform decision-making. The incumbent also designs and manages a robust assessment program for the CSCI portfolio of products and services, ensuring that programmatic decisions are guided by evidence, transparency, and shared values that foster a culture of continuous improvement.
