Hosting Services Outreach Assistant

Description

Lyrasis is seeking a client-focused and detail-oriented individual to serve as a Hosting Services Outreach Assistant.

Lyrasis operates as a hosting services provider for several open-source software platforms, including ArchivesSpace, CollectionSpace, DSpaceDirect, and DuraCloud Preserve. The Hosting Services Outreach Assistant will work as part of a team that engages prospective and current clients. Key activities of the role include responding to incoming hosting requests, fielding client inquiries, and supporting the administrative workflow of taking a new client from prospect to setup. 

Individuals with excellent communication skills, strong customer service focus, and an interest in supporting libraries, archives, museums, and other cultural heritage institutions are encouraged to apply. This role is suitable for an early career professional or recent graduate from a program relating to cultural heritage. 

This is a remote position.
