The technical lead will partner with world-class librarians and technologists as Yale Library, located in New Haven, Connecticut, builds out new programs related to data management, research support, and scholarly communication.

Position Details:

The technical lead bridges library staff, vendors, engineers, and system administrators as we work together to set up and maintain new IT services for Yale Library. On a given day, the Lead may implement configuration changes in Dataverse, collaborate with a vendor to troubleshoot ArcGIS, or assist in an evaluation of our institutional repository. The successful candidate will partner with library staff in a complex university environment to ensure that Library IT services keep pace with user expectations.
