Do you enjoy puzzles? Are you a problem solver? ASU Library is seeking candidates for an E-Resource Tech Support Analyst. This service-oriented position is a key team member on the ASU Library’s Licensed Collections and Electronic Resource Management team. This position performs a range of technical duties to ensure the care of electronic resources, such as library databases, e-books, e-journals, and streaming media, over their lifecycle. The E-Resources Tech Support Analyst will communicate virtually with library staff, faculty, and students, as well as vendors and publishers. This position may also assist with special projects. Work location is Fletcher Library at Arizona State University’s West Campus; starting salary range $44,000-$47,000 per year; DOE. ASU is a great place to work!
