You will be involved in every aspect of the Sainsbury Library, including the key areas of Information Research Support, Information Literacy, Resources Development and Review, Strategy & Policy Development and Review, Library Operations, and Professional Development.
You will have:
- A postgraduate or professional qualification in Librarianship/Information Studies.
- Experience in an academic library, or similar experience outside academia using business & financial databases and resources.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills to support and collaborate with students and faculty.
- The ability to multi-task and to manage a varied and busy workload, working both independently and as part of a team.
This is a full-time, permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week.
Whilst this is a Grade 7 role, we would consider candidates with potential but less experience who are seeking a development opportunity at Grade 6 (£30,502 - £36,386 per annum), with the duties and responsibilities adjusted accordingly and a development pathway agreed.
