The User Experience Coordinator position is part of the Digital Initiatives department at Binghamton University Libraries. A collegial environment where communication and collaboration are key values for supporting each other, the Libraries, and the campus community.
The User Experience Coordinator position will collaborate in the development and implementation of library initiatives in support of current and emerging research, teaching, and creative activities in the Libraries and on campus. This includes reviewing the library's web presence and assisting in the evaluation of user services, and building partnerships with library staff in developing best practices to help with digital, observational, and space assessment.
