Collections Support Analyst
Description
This position is responsible for providing a range of support relating to Library collections processes and functions including acquisitions, analytics and assessment. Reporting to the Head, Collections and Content, the Collections Support Analyst ensures accurate and efficient workflows relating to acquisitions and purchasing. They provide detailed and timely reports to support the budget management and collections assessment work of the Library. They monitor the day-to-day acquisitions process and support acquisitions staff by responding to questions and supporting troubleshooting. The position is also responsible for providing public services to library users at the Service Desk and via the Report a Problem service.
