Science Research & Instruction Librarian
Description
The Science Research & Instruction Librarian is responsible to the Head of the Research & Instruction Department for assisting students, faculty, and staff in making effective use of library and other internet resources, and citation management programs including EndNote. To achieve this goal, the Science Research & Instruction Librarian provides in-person and virtual reference assistance in all subjects. The librarian also teaches library instruction sessions and offers departmental office hours and one-on-one in-depth consultations in all areas of the sciences with a special focus on public health and related fields. The Science Research & Instruction Librarian develops instructional resources for students and faculty. Evening and weekend work may be required.
