The Digital Preservation Analyst provides expert-level technical services required by the National Digital Heritage Archive (NDHA) as a member of the team of professionals undertaking the National Library’s digital preservation programme.
The Digital Preservation Analyst ensures that end-to-end digital preservation processes, workflows and strategies are in place to enable the Library to safely process, package, deposit into the NDHA, store, monitor and deliver its digital collections. They research, test and implement the NDHA’s digital preservation strategies and ensure that they are aligned with international digital preservation best practices and standards.
