The Library Systems Administrator delivers advanced server and systems administration to deliver campus library services and supports highly technical specialized hardware and software including supporting all library servers on campus such as Windows and Linux (currently 24 in total). This position evaluates new releases of current software and makes decisions on deployment based on risk/reward to include impact to functioning services, security, and enhanced/new functionality. Installs and configure new versions of systems software and associated programs from vendor releases.
