OVERVIEW
This contract position (possibly permanent) is responsible for assisting our team in removing bottlenecks around automation of QA tasks, user CRM, and marketing integrations/automation using the platform API. In addition, the candidate will work to understand the administration, and ongoing support activities for the Bynder Digital Asset Management (DAM) system at Spotify. The (DAM) Coordinator may provide support for content contributors across multiple business units at Spotify as well as manage the CRM activities of users on/off platform.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Primary
Automation & Requirements Gathering:
Automate QA tasks via API; adding metadata, metadata validation
Explore new ways of measuring and communicating platform performance
Research & Compile Integration Requirements with upstream and downstream systems
Secondary
Platform Administration:
Coordinate relationship with platform provider for day-to-day business operations.
Update Admin, User Documentation, and Guides
Perform UAT in support of new vendor capabilities on platform
Manage and provision user access and permissions.
Ensure that taxonomy and tagging for digital assets are maintained consistently with global platform standards. Implementing agreed upon taxonomy changes and configuration
Update permissions configurations
Set up configurations to onboard new teams
User Management
Help Desk – provide “help desk” style support to the community of delegated DAM users.

Qualifications
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Documenting stakeholder requirements
Translating stakeholder requirements into technical requirements
Assessing/Building systems integrations using APIs
Knowledge of DAM Systems, preferably Bynder
Analytics – reporting and analysis, preparation of Dashboards providing insight into DAM Usage
Tools: Bynder, BigQuery
Languages: SQL, Java or Python
WORK EXPERIENCE:
Typically 3-5 or years of DAM Experience
Experience in Media & Creative Production environments
Experience automating/gathering data via API
PREFERRED EDUCATION:
MLIS Library Science
