Contract Digital Archivist
Description
The National Museum of the American Indian is seeking a contract digital archivist to facilitate the appraisal, processing, ingest into Smithsonian Institution's digital asset management system or transfer to Smithsonian Institution Archives, and disposal of NMAI’s digital institutional records.
The selected contractor shall demonstrate technical experience with digital asset management principles, practices, and standards. The contractor shall also have understanding and specialized experience with software for asset management tasks including creating file system inventories, maintaining data within spreadsheets, renaming files, migrating file formats, transcoding video, embedding metadata, and running fixity checks.

Please confirm what is required for pricing. Under Section II, Description of Services, indicates this is a firm fixed price contract. Under Section III, Evaluation, Item C request to provide your hourly rate and your total price for this service year plus each option year. The Quote Schedule requires only fixed price for each year. Please clarify what is required for pricing.
The Quote Schedule has been revised to allow for both the hourly rate and total cost for base and option years. The updated schedule has been replaced in the online documentation.
Section VII, Legislative and/or Administrative Requirements, references Service Contract Act (SCA), however, no Wage Determinations (WD) were included. Is this RFQ subject to SCA? If so, request WD’s be provided.
