Electronic Resources Librarian

St Olaf College in Northfield, MN is seeking a full-time Electronic Resources Librarian to provide leadership to the Libraries in the rapidly developing realm of electronic collections and to manage the Libraries' electronic resources. This is a new position and the successful candidate will be involved in developing policies and procedures for electronic collections and will participate in the review and creation of e-resources workflows.

Essential education and experience include an ALA-accredited master's degree in library or information science (or equivalent) and experience working with and managing electronic resources. Experience using a link resolver/link server, ERM, and knowledge of COUNTER/SUSHI is also desirable.

The salary range will be in the 40's depending on qualifications, and the start date is flexible, though preferably in the next 2 months. Review of applications will begin immediately.
