Head of the Digital Library
Description
Washington University Libraries is extending the search for the position of Head of the Digital Library, and invites all applications. Reporting to the Associate University Librarian for Digital Scholarship and Technology Services, the Head of Digital Library plans, implements, directs, and sustains projects, partnerships, and initiatives for the Digital Library program. The incumbent will be a forward-thinking leader in the development and expansion of the Digital Library and its comprehensive program of services, which includes repository services, digital scholarship and publishing, metadata curation, and digital library application development.
The incumbent works collaboratively within WU Libraries, with campus stakeholders in the University community, and with national peers to develop innovative digital solutions for creating, managing, and disseminating digital resources that provide content for research and teaching efforts at Washington University in St. Louis and its related stakeholders.
