The University of Mary Washington Libraries is seeking an Electronic Resources Librarian. This is an entry-level position and recent graduates with a Masters degree in library and information science from an ALA-accredited institution are encouraged to apply.

This position will assist with managing the Libraries’ electronic resources, including databases, online journals, e-books, and streaming videos, throughout their lifecycle. This involves ensuring that electronic resources are discoverable in our online catalog and configured to deliver seamless access to users, both on- and off-campus. The Electronic Resources Librarian will respond to, troubleshoot, and resolve reported access problems. This position will also collect and analyze usage statistics to help inform renewal and cancellation decisions and manage vendor license agreements to make terms and conditions more accessible to library staff and researchers.
