Library IT Operations Specialist

Description

The Albert S. Cook Library at Towson University is seeking an IT Operations Specialist to serve the Library’s IT department and ensure a high level of functionality and positive user experience for public and classroom computing in the Library. This position provides primary IT support for applications, computers, and other technologies utilized in the Library’s public learning spaces; assists in the deployment of faculty/staff and classroom workstations; and participates in planning, training, and policy development.
