Web Developer

Description

Boston University Libraries are seeking a Web Developer to support our library website, discovery interface (Primo), and LibGuides. This is a new position and you'll play key role in the design and development process as we plan to revamp our library sites over the next few years. The successful candidate will also develop custom features and integrations within our discovery environment. This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a team, and to grow with us, as we build something new and sustainable.

Required Skills
Two to three years of experience. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficiency in AngularJS, Javascript, PHP, HTML, CSS, experience deploying websites, version control system (Git), and the ability to work effectively with non- technical librarians as well as the staff of Information Services & Technology.
