The Systems Librarian for Assessment, Analytics, and Application Integration is responsible for systems administration and programming/analysis in support of the University Libraries.

What you bring...
Requirements: Master's degree in library and/or information science from an ALA-accredited program or a related graduate degree. Demonstrated organizational, analytical, decision-making, problem-solving and planning skills. Computer literate and technologically adept.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel. Proficiency in Windows Operating System and file management.

Preferred: Two years' experience in an academic library setting; experience with software comprising a "LAMP" stack that supports applications and web servers (i.e. Linux/Unix operating system, Apache HTTP server, MySQL/PostgresSQL/etc. database, Perl/Python/PHP programming language). Experience with current Microsoft operating systems (e.g. Windows 7); working knowledge of computer networking technologies, the Internet, web technologies (e.g. HTML and CSS); knowledge of scripting languages and other pertinent software, e.g. Perl, Python, PHP, Java, SQL; and knowledge of current developments in library applications of information technologies. Demonstrated record of designing projects and concluding them in a timely fashion. Demonstrated aptitude for technical analysis.
