Description

The University of Oregon Libraries is recruiting a Library Applications Programmer (Analyst Programmer 1) to join our programming team. The programming team currently has three dynamic programmers who support a robust and diverse programming environment, including the library’s public Web site, the staff intranet, and numerous applications and Web suites supporting the library’s digital collections and scholarship. We are also beginning to form cross-functional teams with additional developers, graphic artists, and data integration experts to support projects in academic technologies, API development (Canvas and otherwise), and other instructional technologies supporting student success. The person in this position will be an active member of the programming team, providing expertise to develop, modify and maintain programs and applications within a framework of established procedures and specifications.
