Description

Library and Archives Technical Administrator – Part-Time (approximately 20 hour week)

Nature of the Position:  Administers and maintains the Society’s print and electronic library resources and archives collections.

            Organizes, maintains, and conserves the print and electronic library and archives collections and provides appropriate access to the collections to staff, members, and other users.

            Regularly adds to and catalogues the print and electronic archive.  Acquires additional materials for the library and archives collections.

            Fulfills information and research requests from staff, members, and other users.

            Manages and maintains the ASLA Fellows database, ASLA Collections database and the Books by ASLA Members.

            Supports and serves as a staff executive to the Archives and Collections Committee along with the managing director.

            Performs other duties as assigned.
