Metadata and Resource Discovery Librarian

  KHCPL is seeking someone who has an aptitude for new technologies and also knowledge of RDA and other cataloging standards.  This position will continue to take us from cataloging materials to manipulating metadata and resources for the benefit of our users.  We want someone who likes to be detail oriented yet also can be part of a team and will participate in making the library an integral resource for our community.  Knowledge of nationally accepted standards for cataloging, including AACR2, RDA, LCRI and LCSH required.  This is a 40 hour/wk position that offers generous annual leave and full health, dental and vision insurance.
