Description

The Albert B. Alkek Library at Texas State University is seeking creative, analytic and service-oriented applicants for the position of Database & Metadata Management Librarian.

The successful candidate will provide leadership in performing and managing advanced bibliographic functions in the library online catalog and other databases that interface with the catalog including OCLC services. The position works cooperatively across library departments to achieve goals and reports to the Head of Cataloging and Metadata Services in Collections and Digital Services.
