Somerset County Library System of New Jersey (SCLSNJ) seeks an innovative and solution-driven Director of Operations to join the SCLSNJ Leadership Team. The Director of Operations leads the System's Operations Department, which includes Technical Services, Collection Management, Automation, Digital Services, and Delivery; introduces and initiates special high-impact projects; and provides oversight of the current strategic plan. The Director should be able to motivate staff and explore inventive solutions to increase the excellence of the System and the services offered to Somerset County residents.
