The Recorder, Instructional Records provides clerical and project assistance to the staff in Instructional Records, as well as other units in Academic Affairs as needed. This position is central to fulfilling I Rec's mission to support the Provost, schools and academic departments by acting as a resource/ reporting office for full and part time faculty information, collecting and organizing data for the college's catalog and degree requirements and related special projects. The position reports to the Associate Director of Instructional Records.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Scan and index confidential documents relating to both curricular and faculty records
- Run reports for internal and external requests
- Assist with long term projects, such as workflows and Faculty 180
- Analyze information critically and apply best practices.

- Associate's Degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of two years' experience in an office setting or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office required. Jenezabar, Acalog, and Feith preferred
- Ability to manage projects in a timely fashion and meet established deadlines
- Highly organized and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality
- Ability to communicate and work collaboratively and effectively
- Ability to work with diverse groups
- Flexibility to work on a number of projects at once and get them done on time
- Strong oral and written communications skills
- Willingness to share thoughtful ideas and approaches to solve problems
- Ability to responsibly answer emails and phone calls
- Other duties as assigned
