The California Digital Library (CDL) fulfills its mission to support libraries and scholars by providing over 20 award winning services, addressing all stages of the research life cycle, from a systemwide library catalog, to tools for managing data, to publishing faculty scholarship. CDL collaborates with the ten University of California campuses and external partners to develop strategies and initiatives that support scholarship in the digital age.Campus Relations & Strategic Planning Manager is responsible for CDL's campus relations strategy, manages the Information Services group, and oversees CDL's overall outreach strategy for both internal and external audiences. Participates in strategic planning and business development as a resource to the Executive Director and program managers.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training.
Minimum of five years increasingly responsible professional experience in a relevant position.
Comprehensive strategic planning, budgeting and planning skills applied in an information services or non-profit environment.
Superior communication and interpersonal skills to communicate with senior management, campus partners, clients, colleagues; strong commitment to service excellence.
Demonstrated leadership, innovative problem-solving skills and an entrepreneurial approach.
