Information Architect

Description

Microworks is seeking an Information Architect to create practical, sustainable information management solutions for a wide variety of organizations. As a consultant, you will work with clients to understand their business needs, translate them into a design that leverages information management best practices, build the solution, and help them adopt it. You will develop intranets, extranets and electronic document and records management systems.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have:
• Experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, information architecture design, and project management
• Formal training in information management or in library and information science
• Strong technical, analytical, and problem solving skills
• Ability to work on multiple projects and meet defined timelines
• Good interviewing, writing and presenting skills
• Experience with SharePoint implementation
• Secret security clearance
