ITS2 VuFind Administration and Development

Description

PALS, a non-profit library technology and support organization, located at Minnesota State University Mankato in Mankato, Minnesota, is currently recruiting for an Information Technology Specialist 2 position. This position exists to develop and provide technical support for statewide information systems. Responsibilities include administration, development, and customization of various open source applications including user discovery tools such as VuFind, and integration with other systems such as ALEPH, Evergreen and SUMMON, using APIs.


A degree in Computer Science or related field required. Familiarity with VuFind, SOLR, library systems and metadata formats is desired.
