Library Technology Services Manager

Description

The Virginia Beach Public Library is seeking a Library Technology Services Manager who will work with a broad range of partners in the Library, City and community to ensure a strong technological infrastructure for library/citizen services. This person should be forward thinking, change oriented, collaborative and have an understanding of technology in an organizational structure.

Virginia Beach is a progressive, vibrant resort city of 430,000 people and a library that enjoys strong public support.

This position requires any combination of education and/or experience equivalent to ten 10 years, including three 3 in a supervisory role, in professional/administrative library/technology work.
