Discovery Services Librarian

Albin O. Kuhn Library & Gallery University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC)   UMBC, an honors university in Maryland, invites applications for the position of Discovery Services Librarian.  The successful candidate will, under the direction of the Information Technology Librarian, be responsible for the development, support, and maintenance of all library discovery services, which enable access to library resources in all formats, and will assist with troubleshooting electronic resource access issues and networking issues.  As a member of the Library Information Technology Services unit, will assist when needed with Library hardware and software support.  ALA accredited MLS degree and demonstrated experience with discovery and electronic resource support tools required.
