Entrepreneurial/Marketing and Business Data Librarian (San Diego State University, California)
San Diego State University Library and Information Access seeks applications for the position of Entrepreneurial/Marketing and Business Data (EMBD) Librarian.  This position is open at the entry and mid-level; hiring is at the Senior Assistant Librarian rank. The EMBD Librarian will work as a general reference librarian, as a member of the Library's Reference Division.  This position will provide subject specific support for business and related disciplines and will be responsible for library instruction and information literacy, outreach, collection development, and liaising in business related fields. The successful candidate will have an ALA accredited Master’s degree or equivalent foreign degree; an understanding of the current research, information sources and scholarly trends in the field of business; knowledge of emerging issues and technologies in business librarianship. This position is open at the Senior Assistant Librarian rank with a yearly salary range of $57,084 - $65,000 and will remain open until filled. Reviews will begin immediately. Anticipated start date is Spring Semester 2014.
